Clearly label each box of wine using the producer name and the contact name used on the Entry Form. 
Inside each box clearly add a document with all information on the samples inside in order to identify them correctly.
The Best Wine Awards is not responsible for tracking the shipping of your samples, please ensure everything is in order before sending your wines. All wines received, including leftovers, belong to the Best Wine Awards

Import License, Declaration & Duty
Samples must be “DDP” (Delivered Duty Paid). All delivery expenses (customs import duty, taxes, etc.) must be paid by the submitter of the samples. Please choose ‘shipper accept all charges’ on the documentation provided by your courier company. Any additional delivery costs and handling charges invoiced by the haulier to the Best Wine Awards will be re-invoiced automatically with an additional 15% penalty for administrative expenses to the submitter. Samples cannot be accepted if the charges associated with shipping have not been paid. 
We recommend that you send your samples by express delivery (such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS, JET8 Cargo or Nippon Express). Delivery by regular post may lead to delays and the risk of damaged packages.
Should I ensure my samples?
The Best Wine Awards will not take responsibility for wine damaged or lost whilst in transit. In the event that for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Best Wine Awards, the BWA cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss of profit, damage or expense of any kind incurred as the result of such a cancellation.

Entries are only accepted on a completed online entry form with the appropriate entry fee.
Winning Entrants will be sent full details of how they can promote medal-winning Entries, including through Bottle medals and other point-of-sale material.
The BWA word marks and logos (including the medals) are the property of Derouling Company SAS and any use of such marks by winning Entrants is under licence. Any unauthorised use, reproduction or alteration is strictly prohibited.
Winning Entrants may only use the BWA logos in their printed and digital marketing material to publicise their winning Entries. The BWA logos may not be used on bottles without prior written authorisation from the BWA management.
Entrants agree that they will only use the BWA’s name, logo and Bottle medals to promote specific winning Entries and not to promote their whole range. Only the winning Entries may be promoted as winners of the competition.
Medals may only be displayed against, and Bottle medals may only be affixed to, winning Entries of the appropriate medal and correct vintage from the relevant awarding year of the competition.
When publicising their award, winning Entrants must always state the year in which it was won. No changes can be made to the name and details of the winning Entry after close of the competition.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or alteration of the BWA word marks, logos, medals and Bottle medals may result in the medal being withdrawn and future participation in the competition may be prohibited.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Rules, the BWA may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude entrants from participating in the competition.
The BWA may vary these Rules at any time without notice to Entrants. Any revision of these Rules will be placed on without notice to Entrants
